Here is a high protein, no added sugar, easy to make Strawberry mousse recipe for you!!
Ingredients
1 12.3 oz package of organic firm silken tofu
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 Medjool dates
1 Tbsp strawberry preserves (fruit sweetened)
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
1. In a blender, process all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Place mixture in freezer safe glasses and allow to set for 45 minutes.
3. Garnish with strawberry slices and coconut whipped cream!
4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
