POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS/NO-SHOW
This policy has been established in order to provide the highest level of nutrition care to all of our patients.
By providing us notice of a cancellation or rescheduling, we may be able to accommodate other patients with your appointment slot. When you cancel a scheduled appointment at a short notice, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another patient.
It is very important that you call or email at-least 72 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
NEW and EXISTING PATIENTS:
We require 72 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice for all appointments.
Cancellations/ rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance will be charged a fees of $120
All no-shows will be charged at $120
If you did not show up because of an emergency, we will use you no-show payment towards your next appointment.
Patients with 3 or more cancellations will be removed from the practice.
WE UNDERSTAND THERE MAY BE TIMES WHEN AN UNFORESEEN EMERGENCY OCCURS AND YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. YOU MAY CONTACT INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION & HEALING, INC 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK AT THE CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. SHOULD IT BE AFTER REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY OR A WEEKEND, YOU MAY LEAVE A MESSAGE OR EMAIL.
