It is interesting that we still need studies to prove this!!
Researchers studied nearly 155,000 military veterans, 90% of whom were men, and found that those who ate fried foods up to three times weekly had a 7% higher risk of heart attack and stroke than those who consumed the foods less than once a week, and risk was 14% higher for those who ate fried foods on a daily basis.
