Study links belly fat to higher risk of early death!!

Each 10-centimeter increase in belly fat may increase the risk of death from any cause by 8% among women and by 12% among men, researchers reported in The BMJ. The analysis of data from 72 studies, which included more than 2.5 million people, linked larger hips and thighs with a lower risk of early death.
