Healthy breakfast before 8:30am is associated with lower blood glucose levels!

A study presented at the Endocrine Society's annual virtual meeting found that eating before 8:30 a.m. was associated with lower blood glucose levels and less insulin resistance. The findings, based on data from 10,575 adults, remained consistent whether people restricted eating to less than 10 hours daily or spread it over more than 13 hours per day.
