Delicious healthy Chia Seed Pudding!
Easy Breakfast or Dessert!
This is a very easy 4 ingredient healthy breakfast or dessert. Top with fresh fruit, granola, pumpkin seeds, crushed nuts, healthy yogurt or whipped coconut cream. For dessert, layer in the following order: healthy yogurt, fresh or pureed fruit (berries are best!), chia seed pudding. Repeat those layers a second time. Top with whipped coconut cream (vanilla or chocolate are both delicious!)
Recipe: servings 2
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 chia seeds
1 Tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir.
Cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir. Put back in refrigerator overnight. Will keep in the fridge for 3 days.
